Minimum Code TL (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.minimum-code.com.“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can contact us regarding No-Code and Low-Code Software development services.The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company.“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.By accessing our Site or our Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your email and personal information, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.
1. Information collected via Technology
To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you do need to submit further Personal Information. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis. The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser.
2. Information you provide us by registering for an account
In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. You can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering your email address, and creating a user name and a password. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
II. GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND GOOGLE ADS
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how our Site is used and to measure and personalize our advertising. We only use them if you accept in the privacy banner; until then, no Google analytics or advertising code is loaded and no such cookies are set.
1. What is collected
Each page you open, with its full address (including campaign parameters such as utm_source), its title and the address of the page you came from; how you use the page, such as how far you scroll, clicks on links (including links to our contact page and to other websites), file downloads and use of the Calendly booking calendar, including whether you booked a meeting; and technical information Google derives from your browser, such as device type, browser, screen size, language and approximate location (country or city). Email addresses in page addresses are removed before the data is sent. Google does not store your full IP address in Google Analytics.
2. Advertising
We use Google Ads to see which of our ads lead to a visit to our contact page or a booked meeting (conversion tracking), and to show our ads to people who have visited our Site (remarketing). For this we have switched on Google signals and ad personalization: if you are signed in to a Google account and allow ad personalization there, Google can link your visit to that account, including across your devices, and use it to select the ads you see. We receive only aggregated reports, not information that identifies you.
3. Cookies
Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> to recognise repeat visits; they expire after 2 years. Google Ads sets _gcl_au and, after you click one of our ads, _gcl_aw, to link visits and bookings to ad clicks; they expire after 90 days. These cookies are deleted earlier if you withdraw consent or clear them yourself. Google may also use its own cookies on Google domains, such as doubleclick.net, under Google's privacy policy. Your choice in the banner is stored in your browser’s local storage for 180 days, after which we ask again.
4. Provider
Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.
5. Retention
Google Analytics keeps the collected data for no longer than 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. Google Ads keeps visitors in our remarketing lists for no longer than 540 days; conversion data is kept according to Google's own retention periods.
6. Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; for storing and reading cookies, § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act).
7. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, by choosing Reject. We then stop Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement immediately and delete their cookies on our domain. Until you next load a page, Google's advertising tag may still send signals that are marked as without consent and use no cookies. You can also manage ad personalization in your Google account at https://myadcenter.google.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
III. MICROSOFT CLARITY
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our Site and where they run into problems. We only use it if you accept in the privacy banner; until then, no Clarity code is loaded and no Clarity cookies are set.
1. What is collected
How you use each page: mouse movements, clicks, taps, scrolling and moving between pages. Clarity turns this into recordings that replay a visit and heatmaps that show where visitors click and scroll. It also collects the address and title of each page and technical information such as device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language and approximate location (country or city) derived from your IP address. Text typed into form fields, numbers and email addresses are masked and are not sent to Clarity. We use Clarity to improve our Site, not to identify individual visitors.
2. Cookies
Clarity sets the cookies _clck, which stores a random Clarity user ID, and _clsk, which links your page views into one recording. Clarity and Microsoft may also set the cookies MUID, SM, MR, ANONCHK and CLID on Microsoft domains such as clarity.ms and bing.com to recognise your browser across Microsoft sites. Your choice in the banner is stored in your browser’s local storage for 180 days, after which we ask again.
3. Provider
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Data may also be processed by Microsoft Corporation in the United States; transfers between the two companies are covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. 4. Retention
Recordings and other Clarity data are available to us for up to 30 days after the visit.
5. Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; for storing and reading cookies, § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act).
6. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, by choosing Reject. This is the same choice as for Google Analytics and Google Ads. We then stop Clarity recording and delete its cookies on our domain. We cannot delete cookies that Microsoft sets on its own domains; you can remove them in your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
