At Minimum Code we're looking for a talented product / project manager to join our team! Our mission is to help our clients - both Startups and corporate clients - build SaaS products 10x faster with No-Code tools such as Bubble.io, Webflow, and Xano. We are a fast-growing agency with team members in Germany, Poland and Ukraine. Our team is fully remote, and we pride ourselves on our open and informal culture.

Day-to-Day tasks include:

  • Project planning: Work closely with clients and the development team to define key project objectives and establish daily and weekly tasks and responsibilities
  • Product specifications: Create product specifications for MVPs or specific project phases
  • Project management: Conduct internal check-ins with the development team, providing support with any questions, secure client approval on key milestones and effectively communicate client requirements to the development team
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct checks to ensure that what the developers built matches the product specs and client expectations
  • Internal process improvement: Help us optimise our internal processes & tools, such as writing SOPs, organising our Notion, improving team communication and setting goals & metrics

We are a software development agency that builds custom web applications using Next.js, React, Supabase, Node.js, and TypeScript. We also help clients build applications with Bubble.io when it’s the right fit.

We primarily work with startups and businesses across Europe. Our team consists of 9 people working fully remotely from Austria, the UK, Poland, and Ukraine.

We're looking for a driven, hands-on B2B Growth Marketing Manager to help us generate more qualified discovery calls and accelerate our growth.

This is a results oriented role. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified sales opportunities through lead generation, content marketing, outreach, and continuous improvement of our marketing efforts.

What you will do

Growth & Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and improve our overall marketing strategy
  • Identify and test new lead generation opportunities and acquisition channels
  • Track key metrics and improve marketing performance
  • Onboard and manage external or internal specialists where needed

Lead Generation

  • Build lead lists and research target companies
  • Plan and execute warm and cold outreach campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn
  • Generate qualified discovery calls for the sales pipeline
  • Manage and improve outbound prospecting processes

Content Marketing

  • Create and repurpose content for LinkedIn and other channels in collaboration with our designers
  • Turn client projects into case studies, articles, and marketing assets
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar
  • Help strengthen our brand and market positioning

Paid Acquisition & SEO

  • Support and improve SEO initiatives
  • Explore and test  Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Work with external specialists when needed

Requirements

Must have

  • Previous experience growing a software development agency, IT services company, or similar B2B services business
  • Strong experience with B2B lead generation and LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience creating content such as LinkedIn posts, case studies, articles, or blog posts, supported by a designer
  • Familiarity with SEO and/or Google Ads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and marketing output

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to companies in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, or Belgium
  • German and/or Dutch language skills
