Our clients main challenge was the poor user experience on their already existing platform. The client came to us wanting to completely revamp the design of the platform to improve the user experience, redesign the platform interface, and make improvements to the backend to improve performance and make it more scalable.


Solution
We completely redesigned the user experience, making the platform more accessible and easier to navigate for both boat owners and dealerships. We improved the backend's development quality by rebuilding workflows and implementing new features. Boat owners have a Digital Vault for all documentation and a physical YachtPass for quick harbour check-ins, while dealerships get a customisable management system with an AI-powered boat manual questioning tool.
Results
YachtPass helps both owners and dealerships save a significant amount of time and effort. It reduces administrative tasks, provides a clear record of a vessel’s maintenance, which increases its resale value, and delivers a better experience for the end customer.
