For HR departments, managing employee requests is a constant challenge. The process is often chaotic, with requests coming from various sources, leading to lost time and a high risk of error. The challenge was to create a centralised web app that could handle these requests, ensuring they are organised and properly managed.


Solution
We developed a simplified HR ticket management system with smart features to improve the handling of requests. During the design phase, we focused on creating a user-friendly interface that would bridge the communication gap between employees and the HR team. The Bubble app includes features like customisable forms, automated assignment rules, and a tag library to ensure every request is properly categorised and routed.
Results
The web app creates a more organised workflow for HR teams and employees. It takes scattered requests and turns them into a clear, manageable system. This makes the entire process faster and more accurate, so HR teams can spend less time on manual tasks and more time helping people.
