Challenge
Finding and booking a restaurant usually means jumping between menus, review sites, and a handful of separate reservation platforms with no easy way to see what's actually available right now. Dinee wanted to bring the whole experience into one mobile app: discovery, real-time availability, social recommendations, and instant booking in a single flow. That meant two things had to be right: a smooth, beautiful mobile UI/UX that diners would love to use, and seamless integration with the restaurant booking platforms working behind the scenes.
Solution
Minimum Code partnered with Dinee to design and build the app end to end: from the user experience to the working product. We shaped a polished, intuitive mobile interface in Figma, covering AI-driven search, friends' dining activity, and shared lists, then built it as a mobile app on Bubble, available to download on both the iOS App Store and Google Play.
Results
With Minimum Code's support, Dinee launched in the Netherlands and is now live across multiple cities, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Utrecht. Diners get a single app to discover, book, and share restaurants, with AI recommendations that get sharper the more they're used, while restaurants can join easily through integrations with the booking systems they already use. With the foundation in place, Dinee is set to expand to new cities and keep building out its social and discovery features.
