The challenge was to transform these long, tedious tasks into an efficient workflow while giving the AI the highly specific knowledge of a human consultant.
Solution
GxPilot was developed with two key features to assist the user. The AI powered Document Review allows them to compare files and receive a structured, AI generated report. The AI powered Document Generation automates document creation, using a questionnaire to generate prefilled, review ready documents.
Results
Currently an internal tool, GxPilot is a proof of concept that will evolve into a fully fledged service platform. By transforming hours of tedious documentation work into mere seconds, GxPilot helps quality and validation teams reduce manual workload, eliminate errors, and ensure a high level of regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
