Novella’s platform needed to be built entirely from scratch - both technically and strategically. We had to develop a secure client database that ensures full data confidentiality, establish a visual identity from the ground up, and analyze competitors to deliver a stronger alternative for managing practices. One of the key challenges was designing intuitive navigation and a smooth user journey, despite the platform’s complex feature set. Ensuring trust, usability, and clarity across all touchpoints was critical from the start.

Every element of the brand was crafted from scratch - from the visual identity to custom illustrations and business cards. We designed intuitive navigation and a smooth user journey to simplify complex workflows.
