Spire had validated their concept using Qualtrics surveys, but this setup was not suitable for long term product use. The data was fragmented, user management was limited, and there was no structured dashboard for analysis.

Moving from survey based data collection to a structured web app
Designing a scalable database for property and portfolio ratings
Creating secure login with proper user roles

Solution

We designed and developed a custom Bubble web app tailored to structured real estate data collection. The database was built to support assets, portfolios, and scoring logic in a consistent way.

We focused on:

Clean and scalable data architecture
Secure authentication and role based access
Clear dashboards for submitting and reviewing ratings
