Diggy, a powerful operations management platform for the mining industry built on Bubble, was initially built by the client and already handled complex workflows and data structures. However, as new companies prepared to onboard, the app faced performance bottlenecks, technical bugs, and scalability concerns that threatened the user experience and operational reliability.
