Tom Louwagie
Founder and Lead Developer · München, DE
Trained as a mechanical engineer, I started out in consulting and project management before teaching myself to code in 2021. I then hired and led development teams at a Munich software agency, in an era when every product was coded by hand and months-long timelines were the norm. In 2022 I started Minimum Code to help founders ship focused products fast, with honest scope, a senior team and modern AI tools.
